When you submit a speaker application we collect your name, job title, organisation, email address, telephone number, proposed session topic, biographical information and any additional information you provide.

Purpose: Reviewing your speaker application, programming the Summit agenda and managing speaker communications.

Legal Basis: Contract performance and legitimate interests.

Retention: 3 years from the date of the Summit.

2.4 Partnership and Sponsorship Enquiries

When you enquire about or enter into a Partnership Package we collect your name, job title, company, email address, telephone number, budget range and details of your partnership requirements.

Purpose: Processing partnership arrangements and delivering agreed Partnership Package obligations.

Legal Basis: Contract performance.

Retention: 3 years from the conclusion of the relevant Summit.

2.5 Event Attendance and Participant Data

By registering for and attending the Summit, you grant UKMC Group Ltd the rights described in Section 7 (Event-Specific Notice) of this Policy.

  • Your name, voice, likeness and image
