UKMC Group Ltd
Website: ukmcevents.com
Email: info@ukmcgroup.co.uk

By registering for the Summit, purchasing a Ticket or entering into a Partnership Package, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms you are not entitled to register for, purchase Tickets to or attend the Summit.

3. Basis of Contract

3.1 The listing or advertising of Tickets or Partnership Packages is an invitation to treat and not an offer to sell at the listed price. We are under no obligation to accept your registration whether or not it has been confirmed and/or payment received.

3.2 Your registration constitutes an offer to purchase a Ticket or Partnership Package on these Terms. A binding contract between you and us is formed only when we send you written confirmation of your registration or booking (the Confirmation). The date of that Confirmation is the Commencement Date.

3.3 These Terms apply to all registrations, Tickets and Partnership Packages to the exclusion of any other terms you seek to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing.

3.4 The Contract shall continue until the conclusion of the Summit at which point it shall expire automatically, subject to clauses which by their nature survive termination.

4. Registration and Eligibility

4.1 All registrations are subject to eligibility verification by UKMC Group Ltd. We reserve the right to decline any registration without providing a reason.

4.2 The Summit is designed for investors, family office principals, private wealth owners, fund managers, medical cannabis operators and executives, clinicians, researchers, policymakers, regulators and legal and financial advisers active in or seeking to understand the UK medical cannabis investment sector. Registrations that do not meet our eligibility criteria will not be accepted.

4.3 By registering you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete and not misleading. We reserve the right to cancel a registration where information is found to be materially inaccurate, without refund.

4.4 You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

4.5 A Ticket is personal to the named delegate and is non-transferable except as set out in clause 7 (Ticket Transfers) below. You may not attend a portion of the Summit and pass your Ticket to a third party for the remaining portion. Breach of this clause entitles us to invoice you for the full price of an additional Ticket, payable immediately.

4.6 Complimentary passes are subject to additional verification requirements confirming eligibility as a qualifying family office principal, institutional LP or private wealth owner. We reserve the right to withdraw a complimentary pass at any time where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

5. Price and Payment

5.1 All prices are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing UK rate unless otherwise stated.

5.2 The Summit Delegate Pass is priced as follows:

  • Early Bird Rate: £595 + VAT — available for registrations confirmed on or before 10 January 2027
  • Full Rate: £995 + VAT — applicable to registrations confirmed from 11 January 2027

5.3 Partnership Package pricing is set out on our Sponsors page and in the relevant Partnership Form. All Partnership Package prices are exclusive of VAT.

5.4 Payment is due in full at the time of booking or within 14 days of receiving an invoice, whichever is earlier. Payment may be made by card via our secure online payment page or by bank transfer. Bank transfer details are provided on request and are included on each VAT invoice issued by UKMC Group Ltd. To request an invoice for payment by bank transfer please contact us at info@ukmcgroup.co.uk.
